Referral

Qualified introduction; no price or contract authority

3–5% of collected revenue

Sales

Quotation, contracting, collection and customer management

10–15% standard-price discount

Technical

Testing, design support, installation and training

15–20% of project gross profit or work fee

Maintenance

First response, inspection, parts and service records

Annual / visit / parts terms

Analysis

Sample custody, QA/QC, analysis and reporting

Quoted laboratory fee plus management

Initial negotiation basis only. Final rates depend on product, country, scope, tax, currency, collection risk and approved quotation.

OPPORTUNITY REGISTRATION

90-day protection rewards real activity

  1. Register the named customer, product, project basis, value and next action.
  2. Protection starts only after MEISTER approval and lasts 90 days.
  3. Update activity at least every 30 days; request renewal before expiry.
  4. Protection is not territorial exclusivity or authority to bind MEISTER.
