A-MEISTER combines hydrolysis, process analysis and downstream treatment. We plan each system around the feedstock, daily volume, local utilities, regulatory requirements and the intended use of the treated material.

Developed from an earlier football-shaped vessel to improve discharge, reduce internal residue and simplify cleaning.
Base configurations: 3 m³ or 5 m³, single reactor or twin alternating operation with steam and heat transfer.
Condensate, liquid and solids are analyzed separately. Separation, neutralization, adsorption or other treatment is added when required.
Capacity, design pressure, boiler duty, feed/discharge equipment and piping are custom-engineered after confirming feedstock tests, installation conditions and local law.
